Objective:

To connect a project in inBuild to a QuickBooks Online company.

Key Steps:

  1. Click on the nine square dots icon for integrations and navigate to QuickBooks.

  2. Connect a project to a QBO company on the QuickBooks App Sync page by clicking the drop-down menu next to the Connect button.

  3. Choose the InBuild project that you want to connect to the specific QuickBooks company.

  4. Click on the desired project (e.g., 224 Westridge) and click Connect.

  5. This action will open the Intuit page, where you can select the user associated with that project and proceed with the integration and connection process.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access rights to connect accounts in QuickBooks.

  • Double-check the selection of the correct project and QuickBooks account to avoid errors in integration.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Keep a record of the projects and QuickBooks accounts being connected for easy reference.

  • Regularly review and update the connections to ensure accuracy in financial data tracking.

By following these steps, you can effectively set up a QuickBooks Online connection with multiple accounts for individual projects within InBuild. Thank you for watching.
