Adding New Pages

To append new pages to an existing PDF in inBuild, you have two options: simply drag and drop or click to upload from the top of the Manage PDF pop-up. These new pages will be added to the end of the first row. Once added, you can easily rearrange the positioning of the pages to your preference.

Reorder Pages

To change the position of a page, simply click and hold on the page and then drag it to the desired order. If you need to select multiple pages, hold down the SHIFT key. On Mac, use COMMAND, and on Windows, use CONTROL to select separate pages.

Splitting Pages

To separate pages into individual documents, move the desired pages to a new row positioned below their current row. This will help you quickly organize and manage your documents with precision and efficiency.

View, Rotate, & Delete Pages

When hovering over a page, you'll notice three action items appearing in the top right corner. The one on the left lets you view the page in full-screen mode. The middle icon lets you rotate the page clockwise. On the right side, you'll find the icon to delete the page. The page won't be immediately removed; instead, it will be grayed out. To permanently delete the page, click on the save button located in the far bottom right-hand corner.
